IA Fiduciary Acknowledgement Disclosure
Title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) now requires that financial professionals providing investment advice to plan sponsors, plan participants, and IRA owners deliver the appropriate Fiduciary Acknowledgment.
